Satisfaction Guarantee

We want you to love your Fresh-Face products. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return and exchange guidelines below.

Eligibility for Returns
●    Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.
●    Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.
●    For hygiene reasons, opened pods or used devices cannot be returned unless faulty.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
●    Contact our customer support team at info@fresh-face.co within 30 days of delivery to start the process.
●    Please include your order number, reason for return, and whether you prefer a refund or exchange.

Return Shipping
●    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we sent the wrong item.
●    We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt without tracking.

Refunds
●    Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
●    Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
●    Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges
●    If you wish to exchange a product, please specify the item you want in your return request email.
●    Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Faulty Products
●    If your product arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us immediately at info@fresh-face.co with photos of the damage.
●    We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items
●    Gift cards, promotional items, and products marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for return.
