What’s Covered
✅ Manufacturing defects
✅ Device malfunction under normal use
✅ Faulty chargers or silicone heads that arrive damaged

What’s Not Covered
❌ Accidental damage or misuse (e.g., dropping the device, water damage)
❌ Normal wear and tear of silicone heads over time
❌ Use of third-party accessories not supplied by Fresh-Face

How It Works
Register Your Warranty
Keep your proof of purchase (order number or receipt).

If your device develops a fault, email us at info@fresh-face.co with your proof of purchase and a description of the issue.

Return & Replacement
We’ll provide instructions for returning the device.
Once reviewed, we’ll send you a replacement device or arrange a repair at no additional cost.
